Thanks again everybody! People have told me I look like I'm losing weight but of course I don't see it lol. So I guess I will at around 30-40lbs. I just have to be patient and trust the process!

Thanks everybody!

I normally have about 100-300 calories left over for the day depending. And pretty much anything light. I of course would love to have a second helping of dinner or sweets like cookies cakes etc but that's not possible lol.
-
Sounds good. Thanks

I'm 5'11 290lbs. My ultimate goal is to lose about 120lbs. I don't wanna get back to my old high school weight of 150 I feel like I will be too thin. And yes only good thing about being tall and fat is I don't look like I weigh wat I do lol.
-
Same here. I'm 5'11 as well.
-
Wow u look great! U say u lost it fast? How long?
-
I have the polar ft7. I like it.
-
It's not that "slow" for me bc one I'm damn near 300lbs so walking at 3-3.5 is a big workout for me and my heart rate is pretty high. And with that bike it also has handles or wateva that work my arms as well. The faster I go with that my heart rate reaches over 200. So whether it's completely accurate or not I am burning…

Yea my ankles tend to hurt a lot and my thighs.

It won't let me add u. Add me.

We did talk about pcos at my last appt and will discuss again this coming Wednesday when I go back. I really think that may be it after researching it. I have all the symptoms.
-
Thanks I'm definitely gonna stay persistent with this.
-
Thanks! I actually just started exercising maybe within the last 2 weeks lol I'm def gonna add u!
-
I have a polar ft7. I have noticed that my heart rate always matches the heart rate on whatever machine I'm working out on but the calories burned is always much higher on my watch.
-
Yes. Wednesday my watch said 848 when I was done. Sometimes it says 900 somethin. It depends on my incline, speed etc.
-
Treadmill and this bike thing. Treadmill 40mins and bike 36. Im goin by wat my heart rate monitor says when I'm done.
-
I have and am currently checking with my dr because I honestly don't understand it either. I gain SO fast and it's like I can't lose weight no matter wat. I've had my thyroid checked and everything came back normal. I just had all this blood work done. Everything came back normal and I stopped taking my bc this month to…

Thanks for the great advice everybody! I'm sorry I should've added that I'm 5"11 290lbs. Right now I'm doin strictly cardio at the gym. Treadmill for 40mins at speeds of 3-3.5 then I get on this exercise bike for 36mins. I'm measuring my calories burned with my polar hrm which always tells me after those 2 workouts I've…

100lbs would be nice. Don't think it's possible tho.
-
Add me. I wanna lose atleast 100-120lbs

My dr prescribed it to me earlier this month and I've been taking 1 pill a day. Luckily the only side effect I have is dry mouth which helps me get my gallon of water down everyday. I don't get jitters and I have no trouble sleeping at night. If you're that scared don't take it. But everyone's body reacts differently.
-
Yup I have this problem too. I've been doin good for about 2 weeks now and tonight I gave into temptation song.
-
That's wat I decided on tonight. Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms.
-
Ok thanks. There's just so much about eating after certain times and blah blah I wasn't sure.
-
Yea I meal prep too and pull out the fridge lol. But I'm just getting back to the gym and go straight from work instead of stopping at home first so I don't have time to eat before. I probably would if I did. But stopping home first means I won't be leaving back out lol.
-
That's wat they love to do on here. Shoot people down. Her post asked a question about eating back calories, not to criticize for how many calories she's burning during a workout smh.
-
According to my hrm I burned 1,000 calories tonight. 40mins on the treadmill and 30 on the bike. My max heart rate was 202. It's not that hard to burn calories. I don't really pay attention to wat the machines say tho. The heart rate always matches my watch the calories burned r always way less so I just go by wat my watch…

I always weigh more on the doctors scale and I'm gonna assume it's because I have clothes on and I've normally eaten or drank something before my appt. whereas when I weigh at home its first thing in the morning with no clothes on and nothing to eat/drink yet.

A gallon or No less than 74.4oz. That's how big my water bottle is and I finish that bottle everyday.
