I weigh 175.5lbs at 5'4.5, I have to take a fluid retention steroid for my Vasovagal Syncope so that doesn't help, lol. However, I was at 186 last year and that's been my highest weight ever. In this year I would like to get back down to 155, but I'm hoping to get out of the 170's by or during Summer. We shall see!

I want to lose about 70 from where I started, but I've lost 15, so now I only have 55 to go!

Lost 171 from 12/1/13 to 12/31/2014; so far, 10 pounds gone in 2015 with only 5 more pounds to FINAL goal that I hope to hit by sometime in March.

I've lost 9.5 kilos (20.94 pounds) in 63 days. So that is a fifth of the weight I need to lose gone already! Its a good start to the year.

40 more kilos (88.19 pounds more to go), 25- 30 kilos of that I am planning to lose this year. (55 - 66 pounds). I am expecting the last 10-15 kilos to come off very slowly so hopefully that will occur during 2016.

What I am most excited about is seeing my fitness level go up as the weight goes down. Really looking forward to my walking crossing over to running once I am light enough.

I'm aiming for 40 to 45lbs this year. I still won't be at my ultimate goal, but I'll be able to assess things and decide on that final goal then.

I'd be happy with 8-10 pounds per month (likely still have around 80-90 to lose) if I can continue to enjoy food that I like. I know it's possible to lose it faster, but I would rather enjoy life and get there in a sustainable way.

Started with 40lbs to lose. Lost 20 in 2014. Want to lose the other 20 in 2015. So far I'm 3 down, 17 to go.

50, or about 1lb per week. Ultimately 80-90lb is the goal.

I've lost 22lbs this year already (about 6.5 of those to a stomach bug, joy) and have 86lbs to go to my "goal weight". Ideally I'd like to get there, or another nearby weight that looks good to me, by the end of 2015.

None! I have finished losing all weight I should (I slimmed down to a few pounds below the median of my recommended weight range.) Just want to concentrate on keeping on with healthy eating and exercise this year.

I never thought I could do it, but it can be done. If I, Mister shovel-anything-in-my-mouth can achieve it, you can as well.

(MFP is not the sole answer, but an extremely helpful tool.)

As much as my body lets me but if I even lose 60 to get to wedding weight I will be extremely happy. I've got a total of 100 to lose.

Good luck everyone! I'm trying to get back down to my college weight of about 118. I've got about 17 pounds to go to get there. Down 3 so far in the past few weeks!

I'm actually going to gain 12 pounds of muscle when I'm done seeing what I look like with virtually no fat. High single-digits, maybe between 8% and 9% body fat is where I'm thinking I'll stop and make the turnaround into gaining/bulking.
