When I buy low calorie diet anything, it flips some psychological switch and it makes me want to binge. At this point in my life, I'd rather eat a small amount of full fat yogurt or whatever, than a lot of a diet food. Plus, it tastes better.

Get one if you can. They're really compact, but super powerful. I went through a homemade almond milk phase, and it still works like a charm.

Everyone's different, but when I eat anything 'diet' or 'carb free' I have this tendency to eat really high fat, carby foods late at night to try to compensate, so I just stick with tiny amounts of the original food (side note, I hate the phrase real food. If it exists, it's real.) Just be careful of artificial sweetners.…

I do overnight oats, and mini quiches. Sometimes I'll just slice some cheese at the beginning of the week, and have a few slices with half an avocado and some fruit in the morning.

I count it. Then, if there is something that totals 260, or 310, I can just round down, to make a nicer number.
