Lifter here too - BodyPump instructor doing Sheiko right now - also follow macros etc. Once I finish my current program I'll be doing another bulk/cut cycle. Put on 8 pounds of muscle the first time!

Congratulations! Yes, PiYo is deceptively hard! Amazing results!

Beachbody is no longer affiliated with Les Mills - they did a big sale on Pump at the first part of the year and now it's sold out. Not coming back.
-
Feel free to add me! I cook/eat at home 98% of the time and have an open diary.
-
Well, I'd burn about 200 or a little more during a 45 minute PiYo session, so I'd say your numbers are spot on for 20 minutes.
-
Well, I guess we have different definitions of fitness buddy then. I would consider them part of my support system, much like your triathlon club.

You look great - but I'll tell you what my husband told me when I finally started wearing bikinis again and was sensitive about my post-baby stretch marks. Wear what makes you feel good and what you're comfortable in! Wearing a bikini is great, but if you won't swim, make a sand castle, or generally have a good time in it,…

THIS! I've dropped a cup size and finally feel proportional. Before I felt like a giant pair of boobs - and got the attention that went with it.
-
Really? That's kind of sad. I have a group of 5 people I work out with and when I'm feeling like the last thing I want to do is go workout, they kick my butt and tell me to get moving. Can't see how that's a bad thing.

I'm a 37 year old mom of two who got serious about the fitness/diet thing last year and now I'm a group x instructor! Feel free to friend me if you'd like help!
-
I did circuit training until I got a HR monitor and logged them separately from the system.
-
T25 was my go to program last year! Love Shaun T! Feel free to friend me or message me for workout suggestions!
-
T25 will be a step back from Insanity. You'll want to go to Insanity Max30!
-
So what time are you getting up in the morning if you don't start work until 12:30? I'd say get up a little bit earlier and fit in a workout before going to your job! I'm also a T25 graduate if you will. Great program. Feel free to ask me any questions!

Start by taking a long hard look at your diet. Track your calories in MFP and set reasonable, attainable goals. Get up and move your body, whether it's a walk, jog or trip to the gym. Every journey starts with that first step.
-
Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. It wasn't until I started tracking my food that I started truly losing weight. Cardio is great, but try to vary it up with strength exercises as well. More muscle burns more fat! But, truly, start with your diet first.

Feel free to add me! I'd be happy to offer some suggestions on workouts, etc. I also work full time, have a family....
-
I'm using Dr. Palmer's Cocoa Butter for Stretch Marks right now - can get it at any store, Wal-Mart, etc. The key is to be consistent using it and to know it takes a lot of time and they will never truly go away.
-
Good luck! Max:30 is in my arsenal of weekly workouts!
-
BOD only features a certain number of programs - there's Turbo Fire, which has quite a bit of jumping, but there is a modifier who never takes her feet off the floor. Chalene Extreme might also be good. The other programs people are mentioning only have one workout available - a taste if you will - unless you've actually…
-
Feel free to add me as well! I'm on pretty much daily!
-
Plenty of things you can do at home from online streaming workouts to DVDs! What types of exercise do you enjoy?
-
I post pretty much daily - so I guess that's active! I'm at maintenance calories, but enjoy helping people reach their goals!
-
Welcome! Mom of two kids here - and if you can keep yourself from eating the leftovers on their plates, (Right here!) you're on your way! Way to go getting the entire family involved. My 2 year old does a mean downward dog!
-
I'd be happy to lend any suggestions and support I can provide! I'm a mom of 2, Group X Fitness Instructor and started my (serious) fitness journey about a year ago.
-
Don't forget to take care of yourself first. You're just two months postpartum and with a C-Section to recover from on top of it all! Take it easy to start out - walks, stretches, light weights maybe, but don't push it! You will get there - it takes awhile for your body to "put itself back together" so to speak after…
-
I'm always excited to add more people who need a little push - feel free to add me!

I got serious about fitness/diet last summer after my youngest turned a year old! I'd be happy to help you reach your goals! Feel free to friend request me.
