Hi there! My baby turned 11 months yesterday and I am just now starting to get back on track (so don't feel bad) :). I am still breastfeeding though, so I wanted to take things slow and enjoy my time with her, as well as make sure she gets her nutrition.
It has been my week 1 and it has been tough, I have to say. I have been over my calories almost every day! But I believe that as long as you stick with it and keep going despite the small failures, you will succeed!
How are you able to squeeze the exercise? I work full time, so my morning is crazy busy with all the getting ready we have to do, and in the evening - I want to be with my baby, because I missed her all day! Any tips?

Don't forget to take care of yourself first. You're just two months postpartum and with a C-Section to recover from on top of it all! Take it easy to start out - walks, stretches, light weights maybe, but don't push it! You will get there - it takes awhile for your body to "put itself back together" so to speak after birth.
