I get that too... I think the best way to do it is to use another site to calculate how many calories you are burning and then plug them in automatically here. Also under cardio training there is a weights / strength training entry that automatically does your calories (quite a low amount) per minute spent.

@Meliissami ! I use youtube and search for 'home workouts'. They can seriously get your heart pumping and burn the calories. @Ooci LOVE your list!! You go girl. I am the same on the period front. If I am healthy and eating less sugar then my periods become so much more manageable and the pain decreases. For me sugar is key as I have PCOS and hyperglycemia and sugar messes all that up AND is inflammatory.

Hey Girl! Great motivation - keep strong for those little ones! If they never get in the habit of eating unhealthy then they will pave the way for future generations! So many things. Sugar is the worst - its what i seek out, particularly in chocolate form. But I am partial to potatoes and salty things as well.

Not something I would reccomend really - so quick! Just be super healthy with your eating, less carbs, more fibrous vegetables, more water, less dairy.

This is hard though - I agree! I usually just make estimates. I don't have scales at home either, so I am often guessing. It's super hard at a restaurant when you can't tell what all the ingredients are or just quite how much butter they are using!
