  • I'm looking for something to keep me on track, I feel myself starting to get a bit lazy. SW 225 CW 202 GW 160 ish March goals are to keep up with my logging food. Not ordering from grubhub. And finding a new healthy activity to join and enjoy.
  • I have a 34 letter phrase I wanna buy initial charms for. Every 1.5lbs I lose I'll add another letter. I can wear my progress on me and when my necklace is complete I'll be complete.
  • I looked it up and it is 5g of carbs you are looking at the % which is 83% crabs and 17% protein. So you're good.
  • I logged on here and added a bunch of people who seem to talk/post a lot and it really helps. Some people post motavitional posts, others vent, some ask for help and some just like to post random questions. I like mix because it keeps me focused on MFP and my goals.

  • I join classes. I can go to the gym and jump on the treadmill but as soon as I start to get tired I get off. But with classes they know how to mix it up and I'm stuck there for at least that hour. I can now take up to 3 classes a day and still enjoy it.
  • Probably bored. I feel the same way and I get like this every weekend because I don't have everything planned out as I do on weekdays. I just ate my daughter's last two snack bags of chips. So it's kinda good that they are gone but bad because I ate them lol

  • I like to try new sports, I'm not very sporty but I try to join new things... I have joined a kickball league, bocce ball, dragon boating(I really recommend this one), and all the silly 5k races I can find. I enjoy meeting new people so this helps mix things up and keep me active.
  • Try and log the times when you are snacking. You may just be snacking out of habit. Also maybe prepare your snacks in advance and make your snack size smaller so you can snack more through out the day.   • I eat most of my vegetables raw in a salad but it does get boring eating salads all the time. I discovered I like cauliflower so I've been adding that to different dishes.
