I should probably see a dietician. And I already have problems because in my teens I didn't take care of myself whatsoever and now I'm paying for it but I got my blood sugars down and my a1c was great last time I went and now all of a sudden everything is out of wack and my weight isn't going down.

@LadyOfTheRaven do you add cream to your bulletproof coffee? I've looked up numerous recipes and a lot of them are butter and coconut oil and a couple have been all three, do you have a favorite recipe you use?

I try to put 800 aside for dinner or sometimes more. But isn't it bad to eat that much all at once especially towards the evening? My dinner is usually between 5-8 depending on the shift I work but it's never later than 8. Idk why I have to force breakfast down but then dinner I'm all in lol

Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. I'm trying so hard to break through the struggles but it's definitely hard.
