I couldn't do it at all was absolutely starving. I increased to around 1500 and still lost. That 300 made a huge difference to me

Your body is already at a healthy weight so would suggest possibly you don't have much fat too lose. Maybe the way to a flatter stomach is through weight training specifically core training, and avoiding anything that will bloat you. E.g. Cutting salt right down and I'm sure vegetables like cabbage, broccoli and kale are…

When I was breastfeeding I found it extremely hard to lose, once I stopped I did drop a little more. Apparently your body holds on to extra fat stores when nursing? As long as your eating a balanced diet, and exercising, I wouldn't worry too much as once your finished feeding you can really focus on weight loss. I stopped…

Thanks for all the comments, lots of different opinions! Main reason I wanted to try is to have more cals left in evenings really, as i like a bigger dinner. Plus I cycle early morning to work and I've heard various things about burning fat while exercising before eating for the day. I know delaying first meal isn't…

Thank you for comments, just trying to up my protein with vegetarian diet! I usually have lunch right after workout but could try switching it up I suppose

Absolutely, I'm just trailing it to see how I get on, so far so good being really careful not to binge.

Fantastic results well done! Your routine looks similar to what mine could be, but I do classes at gym either 12 or 1pm so probably looking to have breakfast 10-11am, I'm up early though like 5/6am. I'm on day three of just morning fast not really limiting too much rest of day and scales already 3lbs down I'm really…

U.K. Here too feel free to add

Thanks everyone. I've adjusted to slightly active and 1lb loss a week and got 1500 a day now. Definitely more achievable! Also added in my short walk today so earned a little bit more. Excited to see how much I'll get on Monday with my cycle to work and lunchtime body combat class

Thank you I'm all new to the whole macro thing but am trying to track this too, just seems to be mixed messages everywhere online as to ratios. Plus not all the food on here has useful info, struggling with the accuracy of it all

From 200 lbs and ready to drop to 163 and back at my pre pregnancy weight finally, still another 21 lbs go to target
-
Thanks everyone , this is first time I've posted on here and really impressed with all the support! Taking everything into consideration and adjusted my goals giving me 1500 daily. Onwards and downwards! Here's to being skinny by Christmas

I either dry fry or use a low cal cooking spray
-
Totally! I am naturally just an extremely thirsty person so drink pints and pints a day..
-
Totally! An hour after breakfast I spied the crisps lol

Thank you yes I'm veggie, ok I'll try add but I'm new to app still trying to figure it out
-
Thank you I will, let's see what I've got left for dinner now
-
I put in 2lbs per week and sedentary
-
I think I am because I've got a desk job (three days a week)
-
It's just the amount the app gave me

No proper 'exercise' as such today, just spent day playing with girls and a bit of cleaning. I don't but I definitely want to invest in a Fitbit
-
Thanks for comment, I do gym classes and cycle to and from work 3 days a week so that'll help a lot on those days. The other four days however, I've got my two daughters to look after all day so find it difficult to fit anything in

As long as your not over eating or making bad choices later then I would continue just eating when you naturally feel ready and hungry. New research suggests a morning fast can really aid weight loss. I'm trying it but unfortunately one of those people who's starving as soon as my eyes open lol lasted until 10am today

Feel free to add, open food diary too. Vegetarian diet

I am! My 'baby' is now 16 months though and still trying to shift it, got another 11lbs to go....

These are hilarious love them! I am currently addicted to my baby's biscuits, had 6 yesterday :\ only 30 calories each but still!

Not sure if I'm too short for this post hehe 5ft3 and first goal is to get back to pre-baby weight so 11lbs to go, then hopefully another 10-15 after that!
