-
sounds like your in the same boat i was in 5 weeks ago. just stick to your calorie goals and weigh your food is my advice. best of luck The first week is the hardest
-
I was just after the benefit of eating back my calories
-
you're right i don't eat enough but i find this works for me and i can maintain eating this amount of calories for long periods the only reason i'm doing it is because i want to hit my goals fast then i will raise my calories gradually. I eat up to 1000kal a day. work an office job. walk for 1 to 1.5 hours a day. run for…

feel free to add me 25days now logged

last time i had bread was over a month ago

It's completely what works for you. In the week i don't have a solid tea because it will affect my running at 8:30pm. I just have a shake replacement meal then i'm getting all of my vitamins proteins exc but not the stitch i would have if id had eaten. It may do you best to eat a banana on the way home from work then work…

I also work at a desk job from 9-5 it is hard to fit every thing in but i have play at weekend. It will save you allot of time and money to workout at home if you can. Used gym equipment is not that expensive. For a start just up your walking when you get home from work just take a walk around your local park for an hour…

if you go ahead and fill in your details goals exc mfp will work out your calorie intake needed to reduce your weight. you will then need to log your food every day. my best tip would be buy a scale and drink more water. it wont be long before you see progress. feel free to add me.
-
so lets say on average your using around 500 calories per class that's 2500 calories a week. you need to burn 3500 calories per week to make a 1 pound weight loss not that i'm saying you should do more what your doing is great. i'm just showing how important diet is compared to exercise.
-
This sounds like water weight there is no way you can put on 7lb of fat in 2 days weight loss is not linear there will be ups and downs. Maby just weigh your self less also did you log the wine?
-
Well-done! nice to see a positive attitude First few days are the hardest adapting to your goal. In no time it will feel normal to you. I'm half way through week 4!
-
depends on what your portioning out corn flakes is 30 grams lettuce is 80 grams now im cutting my portions are much smaller but i usually eat from a bowl or small plate and weigh all of my food
-
could be anything time of day, weather or not you have been to the loo, meal the night before, how hydrated you are. weight loss is not linear it goes up and down over time so long as there is a downward trend the you will reach your goal
-
To reach that goal you will need to eat less than 1000 calories a day and burn in total 3000-3500 cal i'm currently doing something similar my goal is/was 20ish kg in 10 weeks which is 4.5lb a week and 1k calories with excersice i am now going strong on day 19 of 70

I drink 1 gallon or more per day. 1 500ml with breakfast then several thought the day while i'm working, then i have 1 with tea and one while i exercise. At first it was difficult to have more water but it fills me up and curbs the hunger. I'm not fond of water but i know its good for me. i all-ways find its easier to…
-
i used to be like this. it might just help if you drink more water i drink 1 gallon a day some times more and i feel full most of the time. i also don't have my evening meal till 7 pm
-
my first weigh-in will be on week 10. i'm 2.5 weeks in i think that if i weigh in sooner i will de-motivate my self. once i reach week 10 i will weigh fortnightly
-
excellent work look just how much clearer your skin is
-
sounds good to me "but when you change back to saturday it will be including the previous sunday!" think that may be over complicating things
-
i see what you mean. if you look on Saturday morning before you eat it will tell you how many under your weekly goal you are so lets say 200 for sun-fri + 1500 for Saturday you have not logged allowing you to eat 1700 that day. probably best to let Saturday be the last day of your week as your eating your remaining…

scrambles eggs x2 140calories , wheatabix x2 160 calories. scrambled eggs keep me full till lunch
-
if you use the mobile app it will tell you how many you are under each week under nutrition calories under weekly goal
-
on average i come in at around 15% under my goal each day but as i'm loosing weight i just count it as a bonus. it comes in each week as under goal by 1000-1200 calories. so as long as i'm not too hungry in the evening then i don't eat after my last meal. As for scales i log accurately because if you scan the box on cereal…
-
just wrap your knee or carry a wrap and don't hit it too hard
-
well done don't forget to watermark your images so scam weight loss company's don't steal them
-
I used to eat at night but since i brought my water intake up to near 1 gallon a day now i don't really feel hungry in the evening even at under 1k calories a day. just log your calories religiously and once you near your goal stop and only drink water.
-
not used it but i found run-keeper is the best take a look

I used to do mornings but i couldn't hack it in the cold winter. Now i just do 45min on the treadmill in the garage between 8pm and 10pm, also walk the dog straight after work for 1hr. at weekends we usually go on a walk somewhere like Forrest trails and trekking exc.
