Recently looked in the mirror, and WTF?! What happened to me? I'm a monster
. This is not the woman I wanted to be when I grew up. I've been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder... Hoping by trying to focus on myself and my care to get better. biggest things to tackle, nutrition, eating more smaller meals and MORE physical activity. But how? I work at a desk 9 hours a day with clients... Not much time for me to be stuffing my face and running around the office...

First of all, you're not a monster
You're a unique woman with individual quirks and there is no one in the world like you - let that empower you. I don't think the biggest thing to tackle here is your food and exercise - I think it's your self esteem. Once you find your respect for the person you are, being kind to yourself by being healthy will be a lot easier than you think and will make this whole 'weight loss journey' seem not so daunting.
I work a 9 hour desk job too but I make time the night before to plan my day and make my lunch etc. I also drive straight to the gym from work and have a work-out. I do this because my goal is important and I refuse to make excuses. You can do this - but you need to be strong.
Best of luck.

I also work at a desk job from 9-5 it is hard to fit every thing in but i have play at weekend. It will save you allot of time and money to workout at home if you can. Used gym equipment is not that expensive. For a start just up your walking when you get home from work just take a walk around your local park for an hour discover your town even better if you have a dog. involve the kids if you have any i'm sure they would enjoy going down the park. After tea take a rest for an hour or two watch some TV then work out for 30 - 45 minutes.
Top tip drink more water. have light lunches at work like pre-made tuna salads, lunch pots exc.
It is harder working out having a desk job but that's just how it goes. "generally the pay is better - than a manual job"0
