Hi Group- I was feeling discouraged this morning but realizing I’m down!! Woohooo!! Spin tonight and incorporating gym in the am. Hoping for a better week. Also anyone wanna try the Cabbage Soup diet with me? To those doing well - Congrats!! I’m rushing, will read updates in a bit. Thanks again for the support!!

Now trying to get to the gym(am) 2-3x a wk and spin 2-3x week with my usual steps (12-17K). Also need to NOT eat past my calorie allotment(1500).…

Hello- This is an interesting idea!! I'm 5'8.5" I am now 204 wearing size 14 in cheap jeans and pants. Hoping to get down to a 12 and/or 175 (thick thighs and outer hip). For arms I have done 1. tricep kickbacks, 2. cable pull downs and 3. triceps dips with good results.

Hello, I know it’s 10/16 but totally have a 12 week goal. Have lost 24lbs (224 - 197) and then gained 3-5. Had issue with blood sugar levels but have seen an improvement.

Hi- I started out walking and liked it a lot. Moved to running and then more stuff but if doing it challenges then, yes. Probably need to do about 40-60mins a day for a bit of burn at a moderate rate.

I have a Zip. It's a good start. Gives basic info and you just wear it on whatever. Not sure I want to track my sleep... I have lost 28lbs between that and myfitnesspal. Must say they work well together!!
