Ahh i see, i barely loose a pound but i no im over my calories sometimes but im also active so i dont no, i read that if u eat below RMR it slows metablism down apparently my RMR is 1500 so im eating below it so i may have slowed it

I found some of my brothers weights and put them on my scales and turns out there only 1 pound heavier, so doctor scales are wrong!

ohh I see, well iv apparently lost a 3rd of what I want off but im beginning to think I need more off, I want to be 10 stone and im 5ft 6, so thought that was a good weight because I don't want to be bony lol, hopefully ill notice soon then, maybe im expecting to much, but its only because iv been working so hard

im 5.6, but that means im 1 stone off my goal of 10 stone, but feels like I need more off, I feel like my trousers are abit baggier, 18 pounds and no difference? I bet that's annoying! its proper gut ripping isn't it, because I run every day I feel like my leg muscles and firmer but I still look like *kitten* haa

I used to snack and that's why im over weight because I would get so hungry by 3/4ish and would snack just before dinner, so now I have my lunch at 3 instead of 1 and its helped so much, iv lost 6lbs in 3 weeks!

That's happened to me too! I went crazy the other day, I was fed up of being hungry so i went for KFC and that's usually when I give up, but the next day I carried on, sometimes its best to let yourself eat what you want, as long as you carry on and not give up :)

haha ill add you im getting the hang of it, its easier to use on the laptop and not my phone, the app "pacer" tracks how many steps you do in a day, its really good, the app needs to be downloaded onto a phone, you keep your phone on you all day and counts the amount of steps you do, the normal goal is 10,000 steps a day,…

You can do it! don't give up, carry on, do slow changes so its not as hard that's what im trying to do and its working and makes me feel so much better, slowly cut down :)
