You have SO little to lose that you are not going to be able to lose 2lb a week in any healthy sustainable way. You should be looking at 0.5lb a week loss possibly less. Have a break by all means but if you don't weigh and measure your calorie intake you will not lose any quicker. You'll likely gain weight. Why are you…

My macro's after a BIG breakfast resemble something like 3000% fat, 200% protein 3,000,000% Carbs. And I love every filthy mouthful pahahahahaha

I was being tongue in cheek ;) On a side note... I'd love to have chickens. Fresh eggs every morning would be amazeballs! Even covered in poop

The problem is... The OP probably has NO intention of eating any exercise calories back. So she isn't going to be netting a nice healthy 1200 (debatable) calories anyway! So no it's not reasonable or sustainable. She used the word "punish" That's a concern all on it's own.

41. Realising that you have said "CICO" more times in one day than your own child's name.

You know what helps me? Not wanting to be fat any more. I make sure I allow myself some calories for a sweet treat. Last night I had 250 calories worth of chocolate (I had just started). Make room for a treat. Ignore the cravings. It really does have to be mind over matter with weight loss. xx
-
I've been one on occasion. Usually when Chocolate is involved. Sigh.

Marry me. We can scoff Wotsits and Big Macs and Chicken Royale's for all eternity!
-
I lived to eat. Hence I ate... A lot! DOH

You mean there are two of you? Are you Batman??!?!?!?! Can I have your autograph! LOL

82. Starting a mean person thread because @JaneiR36 was mean in her last post.

I don't have a big breakfast. On the odd occasion that I have a "Grill up" Bacon, eggs, sausage etc... I usually have it mid morning and don't need anything until later on that evening. So it doesn't always mean you'll turn into a raving truffle hog that wants to eat all day. We are all individuals.
-
I used to think about food all the time. I would then eat all the time. I ended up fat and then ended up here. It is difficult to get out of the living to eat mentality. Especially when we are trying so hard to change that round to eating to live. It can be done. What you may find helpful is prelogging your days. That way…

Mmmm the bacon. Couldn't get past the bacon...

The irony of clean eating is... really it should be eating stuff that you've grown yourself... which may be covered in soil. Tee hee hee.

I have PCOS. I'm 30lbs down since January and that's eating carbs too! Shock horror!!! LOL. It can be done you just have to find your sweet spot. I've found having a smaller deficit helps with the peaks and troughs of the sugar levels going up and down. I found trying to lose 2lb a week too much as I was shaky and hungry.…

I've never bothered with this so called "clean" eating. I try my best to make meals from scratch at home but if I want to go out and nom a cheeseburger... I will. It won't kill anyone. Eating nothing but Big Macs for the rest of your days might not be so good but in moderation everything is good. Except jelly. That is just…

Once a week. In the morning after having a poop and naked. That's how I do it

It's a great idea. If you're an actual Hobbit. If not no. Not a good idea in the slightest.
-
Honestly? You said that? SMDH

I might tweet Bumbledunk Crumblepatch and see if he did actually do this for 10 days.

Saying that 500 calories of peanut butter would be pretty nice!
-
It was a load of rubbish. I think we are all moronic at points when we see flashing "You too could lose 200lbs simply by taking this pill or following this plan" Humans are fickle creatures for the most part. I'm glad I came here and read how REAL people have lost great amounts of weights by eating normally just at a…

And you misread my meaning. I don't need to look at his site thank you. Not I don't need to thank you personally.

Or you could just eat at a calorie deficit daily instead of having two days a week where you sugar coat it and make it a shiny shiny fad like all the other "diets" people follow. I didn't lose much weight doing 5:2. But I felt much better health wise. Placebo effect? Possibly. I have wised up since then and no longer…
-
Yep. Who'd be a woman eh? Ha ha!
-
I don't follow 5:2 any more. It was another faddy load of bumpkiss. I was just trying to point out to those who assume that 5:2 is primarily about weight loss. It isn't. I have lost more following CICO than I ever did doing 5;2, Weight Watchers, Stupid VLCD's and god knows what else. Until we educate, we can never learn.…
