I have the same habit. I save my fruit for my dessert.

I have been battling the same problems my whole life. I haven't found an answer, but I agree that it is a disordered relationship with food. I hope you find the answer sooner than I have. I'm 39 and I still don't know. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor.

I shouldn't think it matters as long as you track it. Sugar free gum helps me not to snack all day, so I chew at least 3 pieces per day. Better 5 calories from gum than 300 calories of sugar and carbs from the donuts in the breakroom. Do what works for you.

Hello! I am on day 8 of Keto. This is not my first go at it. I used Keto many years ago before my (first) wedding. My mother had done it in the early 80's and recommended it for me to drop a few pounds before the big day. It worked then, but I didn't stick with it, mainly because I was young and not committed and I didn't…

I love toast topped with avocado and a fried egg. Also good is sardines, if you like them.

@goldenstone01 my best advice would be to go slow. In both progress and speed. It was learning the difference in how my body feels when jogging slow versus running and learning to just let myself be slow that did the most for me. Also focusing on form. Loose wrists and shoulders, chest up, leaning slightly forward to…

I disagree. If a man can have one, why can't a woman? There is a good living to be earned in the sideshows for such a lucky lady who has the guts to let it grow.

Stubble looks good but it doesn't feel good if you know what I mean

Depends on the face and the style of the guy overall. I live in hipster beard central and it doesn't do anything for me, but my husband's beard works for him. When he puts on a flat cap he looks like a european muscle thug from the 20s.

I get a cheat hour. From the time I deposit my check on Friday until I get on the train to visit my parents. I always get a handful of licorice allsorts, chips and guacamole, and a margarita. Sometimes it varies but in that one hour I get carte blanche.

Mom: "Come here so I can slap you!" (We ran away giggling.) "Goodnight. I love you. Marry a rich man." (Every night. I didn't.) Dad: "Don't do that. It hurts." (When one of us had an accident) "What did you learn today?" (Every night at dinner. Nobody ever learned anything.)

We all have our bad days. Try to stay positive. Make a list of all the good things about you and all the good things in life and meditate on that for a while.

I confess that I hide food from my husband. (Not Twinkies and stuff. Real food.) And I intentionally buy foods for myself that he can't or won't eat. If I didn't I would starve.

No I'm pretty sure it's a food intolerance. But it's not my business anymore. It's another woman's problem now. ;)

Never hurts to try. Why not form a group if there isn't one already? Even if you meet someone who lives far away, you never know where things may lead.
