54 and back again. Just can't seem to keep the weight off and now I am at my heaviest. I want to lose 12 lbs and keep it off this time. My weakness is sweets. I have a sit down job and work out regularly. Need to ramp it up again.

A few years back I did the DVD workout, Supreme 90 (P90X knockoff) and lost 10 pounds in 90 days. Outside of the warmup, which included a little cardio, it was all core and weights. You moved from one exercise to another fairly rapidly and concentrated on higher reps, 10-15. It did have 2 dvds which were cardio. doing that…

Nice home brewed Dunkin donuts coffee to start the day. I have two cups. The caffeine has no affect on me anymore unfortunately. I could drink "good" coffee all day long. I am luck there are no Dunkin Donut shops in my town, my finances would take a hit.

Planks, leg lifts would be a couple that may be less likely to hurt you at this point. Go slow and add things as you go.

I am for the home option. There is no way I would go to a gym after work or after returning home from work. When I get home from work, I am home unless I have something planned that night. I love being able to go to the basement and work out. I do not have to leave the home or the family. It is just too convenient for me.…
