I make so much in my air fryer - burgers, chicken, fish, pork, fries, mozzarella sticks, strombolis (my favorite) and on and on! Love it!!

@Joanna2012B - I just started SL5x5 and got great info from cqbkaju - he also recommended Thinner Leaner Stronger to me so I'm doing SL5x5 while I'm currently reading Thinner Leaner Stronger. Love it!! I actually look forward to working out on those three days. (This is my first time with a heavy lifting program and I'm 45…

Perfect!! That works out where I am with the calories. When I first started, I was doing the 1200 calories a day for the 2 lbs per week but once I got down under 200 and started the lifting program, I changed it to 1 lb per week so with exercise, I'm usually eating around 1500 calories per day so it works out great! Thanks…

Great info!! Thanks so much! Is the 1 gram per pound of body weight actual body weight or LBM? I am confused on that. I'm barely 5' tall and currently obese at 198. So, am I to eat 198 grams of protein and then as my weight goes down, so does the protein? Or should I be eating 1 gram of protein based on what my body weight…

@cqbkaju and @leajas1 I bought the Thinner Leaner Stronger book last night and love it already! Thanks so much for the recommendation!

Thanks @cqbkaju and @leajas1 !! I will definitely look into that program!! And thanks for the response about my macro question. I will give it a shot!

I am starting to notice somewhat of a turkey neck as well. I'm not worrying about it though. I have already lost 2 inches in my neck so I'm sure that's why. I'll take the turkey neck over a fat neck. I'm 45 though, so it probably doesn't matter as much to me now. Maybe if I were younger, it would bother me more. I do the…

Thanks again, everyone! @AliceDark , yes, I am prepared for the water retention. I am patient and know it will all work out. And by the way, you look Amazing! @canadianlbs , yeah, I kind of felt he was a little odd but I've heard so many great things about the program so I'll look beyond him. LOL @SideshowTam , congrats to…

Wow! What great info and encouragement. Thank you all so much! @robdowns1300 - yes, I am starting light and following the program exactly as it was created to be done. I'm no expert so I will do as told in this area. LOL @leajas1 - I guess you could say my ultimate goal is just to be fit. Obviously I want to get rid of the…

Thank you!! And @rileysowner I agree and that's why I'm doing the program exactly as it says to. While I was doing it, I felt like it wasn't enough but clearly by the way I felt the next day, it was plenty! LOL So, I'd rather start slow and build up the way it recommends. Thanks to all of you!

HOLY *kitten*!!!! AMAZINGLY inspiring!! Thanks for sharing!

Sooo inspiring!!!!!! Congrats!

I lost 93 pounds on WW back in 2003/2004. I loved the program then but obviously didn't learn anything because I gained that 93 pounds back plus another 18 on top of it! I actually rejoined WW this year June 6 and also restarted MFP. It only took me about 2 weeks to realize the newest changes to WW are ridiculous! (Not to…

YES, THIS! Just had it last night. I like the ultra thin deluxe. It's 700 calories for half the pizza! And if you're in the south, Publix supermarket always has them BOGO.

These are all great!! Yes, the prelogging can backfire often!!

AMAZING accomplishment!!!! Congrats!!

I don't have Crohn's but do have Ulcerative Colitis which is the other IBD (the sister disease, I guess you could say). I was diagnosed about 13 years ago. I have been in complete remission now for a little about 3 years and am LOVING being able to eat fiber and all vegetables again. When I was in a flare, losing weight…

Thanks everyone! @ariela569 I intend to keep it off this time!! I did Weight Watchers back in 2004 and lost 93 pounds, getting down to 128 at that time. However, while it worked and I enjoyed it, I really didn't learn anything about nutrition and was shocked to find out how few calories I was actually getting! I've learned…

Thanks everyone! Yes, I am super happy! Can't wait for the next milestones!

Yes, I actually was thinking I was posting it there originally - LOL. So, after that I posted it in another post on that forum.

Thanks everyone! @grammageegee LOL to the "Two(heavy)"!

I have a Garmin Vivofit and I love it. No need to charge it every day. Just change the batteries out once a year.

I weigh myself daily so I can see the water fluctuations. My weight fluctuates up and down 5 pounds in a week!! I use a weight trend app called Libra. That helps to see my "trend". Weight is not linear so sometimes I can do great one week but it could take three weeks to show on the scale. My suggestion would be that if…

YOU are an inspiration! Congrats! You look amazing!

Thanks!

LOL!!! I know! Look at that slender thing! Damn!!

CONGRATS to all of you!!! I entered ONEderland this morning!!! Woohoo! Down 40.6! F/45 - 4'11-1/2" SW - 240.0 (6/6/16) CW - 199.4 GW - Don't know yet
-
Thank you both! And @mlbish624 woohoo!! You will get there! I actually hung on and toggled between 204 and 200.6 for the past two weeks! Gotta love those water fluctuations! LOL
-
LOL - I don't care if it's 199.9 - that "1" makes all the difference!! It's just so much slender looking than a "2". Haha - the little things! And CONGRATS on 53 lbs lost!!
-
Awesome job!! Your starting weight is what mine was back when I did WW in 2004. I got down to 129 then but didn't learn a thing and gained all 93 pounds back plus another 19!! Since then, I've toggled with every diet out there but finally came to the realization that CICO really does work and is sustainable! And I don't…
