I've lost 3st of my 6st target
But I'm noticing my neck is getting crinkly and now I'm scared of loosing the rest incase it gets worse. How can I stop it from happening?
Also I've noticed my breasts getting flatter and more saggy.
Want to cry! I want to loose weight to look good for once in my life, not look 30 years older

How fast did you drop 3 stone? That's about 42 pounds, right? Losing weight fast is one thing that increases the chance of loose skin. Unfortunately, a lot of it seems to be due to age and genetics. You could slow your loss rate, drink plenty of water, do some strength training to keep from losing your existing muscle tissue, and make sure you're eating enough protein and your other macros.

Lotions and potions won't help skin amount significantly, but they may help with stretch marks and the crinkly appearance of extra skin.

Edit - And a good bra works wonders!

I am starting to notice somewhat of a turkey neck as well. I'm not worrying about it though. I have already lost 2 inches in my neck so I'm sure that's why. I'll take the turkey neck over a fat neck. I'm 45 though, so it probably doesn't matter as much to me now. Maybe if I were younger, it would bother me more. I do the A, E, I, O, U facial exercises (Google if you're not familiar). I may look like an idiot but hopefully it will help some! LOL

I lost about 40lbs 3 or 4 years ago and have kept it off. Now at age 41 I really notice the gobble gobble and my facial skin just seems to be sagging. Just today I was like "if I just had a bit of face fat...." and then I shook my head, gobble neck and all, and said get a grip of yourself, woman.

Age is not in my favour to repair it, I guess.

Your fast loss is probably a major contributing factor.

Lose the last 3 stone slower, much slower and it may not worsen.

I've lost 4 stone so far, no turkey neck, no drawn face, no loose tummy skin. So far. Slow losses and good genes.

I have learned to love my turkey neck....it's better than being Over Weight!! I am fit, active and healthy. As for the saggy boobs....buy a good bra!

My skin has only started to show the effects the past year. My weight loss was maybe 5lbs a month when I lost it.

Seriously - once I hit 40 there it went!

When I lost weight my face and neck got really hangy (is that a word?) looking for awhile. It all tightened up some as time went on although I still have a bit of droopy skin around my jowls but I put that down to being over 50.

Give your skin some time to bounce back.

After losing the weight from my pregnancy I was very, very disappointed in what I saw (boobs included). So I started strength training and lifting weights. After a year or so I looked a lot better and perkier, lol. Don't worry so much about it now. Things will bounce back. Focus on your health and fitness and you'll get to where you're more comfortable with things.

I am 51 and have been at my goal weight for 3 years now; (45 lbs down). I have to admit, I look significantly older after the weight loss and there's not much to be done about that short of the surgical option. Like some of the other replies have said: there's not much control you have over time and genetics. One thing I will say to ALL younger people; wear your sunglasses outside so as to avoid creating squinting lines and wear sunscreen. Those are two age-defying tips. Be happy about your success! Good luck to you.

How about going to maintenance for a good while? Possibly 3 months. Doing this, keeping protein and vitamins at good levels you may give your body time to recover and time for you to appreciate your new shape. Should you decide to go lower take it easy possibly .5 of a lb a week. So it takes longer but the skin damage should be less.

As MM121 says Focus on fitness

Using sunglasses and sunscreen, factor as high as you can, will help the skin over time, a second older voice here.

Scarves. I wear a lot of scarves. I have a turkey neck and I am very self conscious about it.

I lost fairly quickly. It's taken a year for my skin to shrink noticeably.

I'm the same weight I was in April, but everyone at my winter community thinks I've lost more when I returned after 6 months at home.... really it's just skin shrinkage. BTW I'm 60 and lost just over 60 pounds....
