I have the same question. I'm not really hungry in the am. I try to have toast with peanut butter tho because if I don't have anything I get sick or noxious by lunch.

Instead of 2% milk I have been having Vanilla Almond milk which a cup of Almond milk is half the calories of 2% milk and it is delicious too.

Thanks guys for all your suggestions and opinions. I will keep them in mind. I will definitely been trying Ensure for now. I don't want to try too many things at once. This all eating healthy is kinda new to me, well eating right. I have always been thin but my methobolism is not as good as it used to be in my younger days.
