I can now go a solid 40 min on the elliptical without stopping. When I started two months ago, it was like 15 min tops.

Thanks you guys. :) It's hard to look at yourself and accurately judge changes when they are minor. I do some basic HIT with weights but my focus has been on the cardio. Think I should start doing weights with my cardio every day I go to the gym?

I too struggle with getting hungry almost every night on the dot around 11pm whether I'm in bed or not. I figured out that I was really thirsty; the body has a hard time telling hungry from thirsty so perhaps try drinking a glass of water before eating to see if that helps.

The manual with the HR says not to wear it if your skin reacts to it, you likely have an allergy to the material.

I would look at your BMI. In 5'8 and 155 currently (was 160, aiming for 145).
