My non-scale victories are: 1) I can swim longer. 2) My tummy is getting smaller. (I can actually see the difference.) 3) My skinny jeans that couldn't fit past my thighs. I can now wear. :) 4) I like my coffee black now. 5) I'm more motivated then I've ever been.

I hear yeah. Last time i was using mfp i lost 13 lbs and gained it back plus a little more. This time around I have a nice little jump start with losing 5lbs. It feels great and all I've done is started cutting back on my eating and no night time snacking. :) Who would of thought. lol Great job by the way. Keep your eye on…

thanx everyone for your comments. i agree with just making smoothies. my husband was on this grand idea about juicing b/c his friend is all about it.. get more fruit and veggies in our diet.. anywho.. i busted out the good old blender today and made a breakfast smoothie. it was great i don't think there's a need to waste…

my baby is almost five months now. he's my first. i lost all my baby weight after having him. but haven't made it to my goal weight that I've always wanted to be. I'm just trying to train my self to quit snacking at night.. also need to find healthier recipes.
