Ohh! Add me.

Hi y'all. I'm Suzi. I used MFP for two years, starting in 2014, and went from 208 to 146 and then stopped logging and stopped taking care of myself and went back to 165 by the end of 2017. I yo-yo'd this summer/fall, got married and after my wedding I really stopped caring. So I'm back to 160 and would love to be back to…

I dislike cooking. A lot of it is I don't have time for it; I work full time, I'm a full time student and I spend on average 1.5 hours commuting each day. It is a huge time suck for me and I am not good at it. I rarely cook things that turn out as intended. I stick to very basic things and eat a lot of the same foods,…

Rotisserie chicken, I can buy one at a local grocery store for $5-$7 and they last me at least 5 meals. I discovered that Trader Joe's has "tiny" avocados, and they were $3 for 6 and they are the perfect single person size. Tacos are a go to of mine, just corn tortillas, whatever protein I have on hand and a bit cheese,…

I'm getting married on October 21st this year! When I bought my dress, I weighed 154 and then went through a lot of life changes (changing jobs unexpectedly and universities, both resulting in stress and very long commutes). In April I weighed 165 and couldn't fit into my beautiful dress. I am back down to 149-151, and my…

I'm getting married the end of October! I bought my dress last June and then had a ton of life changes, so I am back on MFP and need to loose the 15 pounds I've gained since buying my dress! (And then some!) :o In 2013 I weighed 208 pounds and was at 147 last March when I got engaged. I'm 161 today and would like to be…

My NSV is that I had to order new work shirts and they are three sizes smaller than the ones I got in January. Also the size six work pants I bought three weeks ago are falling off my waist.

I love green juices. I think the best green veggie to introduce is a cucumber and build from there. Cucumber has a mild, refreshing taste in any juice.

I have the implant and I have been able to lose weight for the year I have had it. As long as I'm making healthier choices and paying attention to what I am putting in my body, I don't gain any weight or I consistently lose weight which is my current goal. But I love my Nexplanon.

80-100 ounces. I fill up a 24 ounce bottle 3-4 times a day. And then I'll drink water with vitamins and in protein shakes.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in high school after getting horrible migraines from birth control that contained estrogen. I am currently using Nexplanon, which I love because I don't have to worry about it. It is just there. I don't have any side effects from it except for the complete lack of a period. Since I have no plan to…
