McD's Sweet Chili Chicken wrap isn't horrible as far as calories go. Also Chipole's burrito bowls aren't bad either. You just have to skip the chips. That's the hard part for me.

Got Punch Out for the Wii when it was on Nintendo's "Throwback sale". If you play it with the waggle controls and the balance board to dodge, suddenly Glass Joe is tough.

Hm. Perhaps fiber tablets? If your entire digestive process is off, I'd get a probiotic supplement. Just start slow, because if you take too many, you'll get gassy.

I also usually /ignore in MMOs. This is a bit tougher when I play fighting games. In general, I ban myself from the headset so I either can't hear them, or just can't reply. The best response is to ignore and then win. :D
