I wish I could just limit myself to drinking on the weekends but Taco Tuesdays & Margaritas always gets me

Yea, it seems like I can't just drink in moderation. I hate to quit entirely but if that's what I have to do to stop jeopardizing my weight loss I will

Looking for friends who are serious about their weight loss journey as well ☺️
-
Pretty much 100% sure. I started having them 5 years ago after I lost my parents. I've had tests done and everything checked out. I do have Afib though...I think I may be nervous about triggering that by getting my heart rate up too high...I don't know. Thank you for your input
-
Awesome! You're doing great

Any tips on how to stop hyperventilating when working out? It's really stopping me from working out as hard as I want to. Panic attacks are seriously the devil
-
Yes it is normal. Also the higher your initial weight the faster the pounds drop off when you start
-
I'm not limiting my calories or trying to lose too fast. That's just how much weight I've been losing. When I was on a mission to lose weight a few years back I was also dropping like crazy. I guess everyone's body is different but I'm in no way trying to lose at a rapid pace.. I'm taking my time. thank you so much for the…

Can you link me

I lost a lot of weight when I was on Lexapro. Years later & my doc is starting me on Zoloft....I'm a little nervous but I'm hoping for the best
-
Sometimes my body forgets that. If it was something to panic and die over I already would've lol. That's something I definitely need to keep at the forefront of my mind. I'm gonna keep hanging
-
That's what I'm trying to do with Zumba. By the way I love your username lol
-
Lol awesome. Thanks
-
Oh I definitely know it won't stay at a 4-5lb loss a week. I lost almost 150lbs a few years ago-it literally was just dropping of me...I know it's not gonna be the same. I know it's gonna be a journey & i'm more than ready for it. Thank God for MFP it's a Godsend
-
I just have to push through it. Thank you for your advice
-
I'm definitely gonna try to focus on my breathing more. I'm actively have a psychiatrist and therapist
-
Yes, I do see a therapist and psychiatrist and I am on medication for my panic. I was really just reaching out to see if anyone else goes through this themselves & Could provide ways they cope. But thank you
-
These are some great suggestions & really helps. I will definitely use this. Thank you!
