Hi All!!
I started my weight loss journey back in January and so far have lost about 70lbs ... yay!!
I still would like to lose another 30lbs, but actually would love to lose 50lbs more ... so total of 120lbs.
I know how it feels to start this process and it might look like never ending ... but stick to your diet, workouts and being honest with your MFP diary and you will do great ... soon enough the weight will start coming off.

You keep going hun, you have got this....the weight didn't come on overnight, so it will take time to get it back off. Just take it each day at a time...you got this! ;-)

Hey guys I’ve currently lost 51 lbs!!! Working on my next 105

I have over 100 lbs to lose and am starting with about a 34 lb goal. So far I've lost 10 lbs, but I don't have a scale so I'm not sure how I'm doing now. I have a hard time with desserts, especially cookies. I'm also finding it difficult to stay within the sodium levels.0

I have over 100lbs to lose I'm just looking at it as losing 10 lbs 10 times or 25 lbs 4xs. It really works with keeping me motivated. Looking for friends who are Dedicated and working towards the same
