Self care in the form of getting physio and massage to finally correct some issues with my Achilles and low back. Another Spartan sprint (so fun) Hoping to get myself in shape for the 2-day Ride to Conquer Cancer. Get my running back up to 10k+ without foot pain. Get back in the pool And stretching daily!!!

I do bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, etc.... It's a good distraction, and if I do end up snacking, I've burned off a few calories. lol

Peanut butter on toast with sliced banana is my go to. And, I can't buy the peanut butter cups at halloween. TOOOOO DANGEROUS! Lol.

Maybe switching from all cardio to some strength training will kick the metabolism into gear. Doesn't have to be heavy weights, could be bodyweight exercises - squats, pushups, sit-ups, lunges, etc... I have found joining group fitness classes or even doing youtube videos at home are great for this kind of stuff.

I always tucked mine up under my sports bra to hold it in place. I use a wrist one now. It's not as accurate, but more comfortable!

You look fantastic. And more importantly: Strong! Injuries are incredibly frustrating. I've been through a few over the years, so I can imagine how amazing it must feel to be back doing what you love and getting some good results. Nice work!

All these years I've been using MFP, and only just joined the community this week. Clearly I have missed out on A LOT!!! lol.

I struggle with weekends too, but find if I check restaurant menus online before I go to the restaurant and decide what to have ahead of time... I make better choices. It also gives me more time to enjoy my company without scrutinizing the menu :)
