I just started to go to the gym and I can't hoop for very long so I still plan on doing my cardio

I've always experienced the same thing after not hooping for a long time. I do what I can and add 30 seconds each day. Eventually (once it stops hurting) I add 1 minute each day. Hope this helps

Took my measurements and ready to drop inches! I remember how much it hurts initially but as the saying goes "no pain no gain"I'll get in…

Agreed NorthCascades, but I I've read that the intensity of your workout affects the results. That's what meant by losing weight .. working in the fat burning heart rate zone (which monitors help to track). Because of my knees, running isn't an option so I use the incline and speed during my cardio to get my heart rate up.…

Yes, this was professionally diagnosed by a Pyshologist. She asked if there was any sexual or physical abuse in my past (which generally is the root cause) but thank God, no I have not been subjected to any such abuse. She seemed stumped so I figured maybe if I reach out to others that I could gain insight on how to deal…

Oh my wasn't expecting the above thread lol It is real and most people do react like it is odd. I truly have no idea what I really look like. I became obsessive and was taking selfie body photos daily. I believe subconsciously I learned to use the right angles to take more flattering photos. I use to ask my sister to send…
