    Nov 14 130! YEAH! So last week I posted that was doing no alcohol until the weekend and desert on FRIDAY ONLY? I made the no beer, wine, etc for the week, fell off the desert wagon a couple times, BUT I worked out HARD and YAHOO! SUCCESS! Going to continue the no alcohol, and keep trying to stay away from the sweets for the week again! Step goal is at LEAST 10000 a day with 20 floors RUN Tues Thurs Sat, WEIGHTS or HIIT today, Wed, Fri

    NOV 21 129.5 HALF POUND THIS WEEK! WHOOP WHOOP! Happy because the diet wasn't that good. I'm off all week and heading to my parents house, lots of family, lots of food, lots of nieces and nephews, lots of adult beverages for the parents! The goal is to get the work out in and focus on the FAMILY, not the food. Good luck everyone!

    I brought home some "extra rolls" from the week at my parents house.... up to 131. Hope to loose 2 this week. Back to work. My desk is a disaster!

    "slipping" by .2 of a pound isn't really bad at all! That is likely just a little water weight. You're doing great!

    Nov 07: 157.6 - Much better week! Exercising and eating within limits. Feels good :smiley:

    Nov 21: 154.4 - glad I'm ahead in this challenge, bc Thanksgiving won't be w/in my daily goals :smiley:
    Nov 28: 154.4 - i consider this a win given my holiday consumption!

    WOW! I reached my goal, and on Thanksgiving weekend! Now I'm on maintenence mode...logging my foods all this time has really helped me...I have learned a lot about eating healthy.

    Great job...I am close 130 is my goal weight too. congrats. Job well done.

    Nov 21: 155.5 - boo hoo! I was down to 154.1 last Thursday!! With all the wind this past weekend, I didn't get out enough, tho I did do some time on the treadmill yesterday.
    Nov 28: 155.4 - not bad, considering I ate and drank what I wanted - within reason - over the holiday!
    Dec 05: 156.5 - Can no longer tolerate Premier Protein shakes, and my whole routine is messed up. New supply samplers on order. Saturday and Sunday were my first real high-calorie days since surgery, trying hard to get enough protein in. Was 155.0 on Saturday morning. Back on trackish today, but very very hungry without my breakfast shake. :(
