  • I did well with under the calorie limit but I didn't track everything as I should, I think for myself tracking it later in the evening doesn't count as it doesn't help at the time. So today is my first pass! Wow lovesretirement do you know how to plan ahead! That's awesome!

  • YES tracked YES under limit YES exercise 5 hrs house painting + 15 min walk. Staying very focused. Just watched some documentaries on Netflix on food and nutrition etc. So I'm very motivated to continue to eat healthy! Be good everybody :)
  • A good day with 3 out of 3 YES Logged everything YES under my calorie goal though I did use some of my exercise calories burned which I don't normally do. YES I exercised, 5 hours of painting walls and a 15 minute walk. Keep focused everyone!
