Hello everybody. I'm 55 male that has been at it all my life. Since jr high football camp 40 yrs time flys when having fun Im 6'3" 219 lb I really don't need to lose or gain. anything I've honed my diet down to a 11 percent body fat, a lot of muscle on me I be willing to help anybody that is looking for advise.
