I tend to loose muscle mass rapidly on cutting.. Ny suggestions?

    Are you sure you're actually losing muscle mass and not just glycogen/water? If you eat in a moderate deficit and lift, you should be fine. Perhaps you could elaborate a bit.

    Thanks... Am indeed loosing de muscle mass and get thin on deficit loosing glycogen stores as well I guess

    How hard do you lift during your cut? You should still be lifting hard to retain muscle mass. Also make sure those low calories during your cut include plenty fo protien. You might want to also try bcaa suppliments

    How many calories are you eating? What are your age/height/weight/activity level/exercise level? How long have you been cutting weight?

    It's a fine line cutting and losing mass What s you Cal intake and macro Mine is 50 carb/ 30 /20 FYI I'm cutting and increasing mass my cal intake is very strict and is monitored by a nutritionist Consider it. It works for me. But very slow process. Last 2 months I gained .75 lb muscle and cut 1.6 fat
