I went for a 3.33 mile walk today pushing a stroller through an inch of snow which sucked but great arm workout LOL That was the only way my little guy would sleep today

I find writing in a journal really helps me when I am feel stressed or going for a long walk to just think things through I find makes things more manageable in my mind.
