Nice to meet you! I'm in the same boat you were in. 6' and 145lbs! May I ask, how long did it take to reach the 160 mark? I'm gaining, having started at 133, but it seems to be taking a looooong time. Thanks and best wishes.

Exactly what Orchid said. Log everything in the MFP app so that you've got an idea of what you need to maintain and what you'll need to do to gain. On a side note; Peanut butter is your friend. Add it to everything that you can. Good extra calories.

Ultimately, you've got to increase your caloric intake. If you're not hungry, try drinking your calories. Make a smoothie.

Nice to meet you! I'm a guy trying to gain after medical issues. I started using this app and the forums here 20 days ago. I was 138lbs at 6' tall. I'm up to just under 142lbs now. Modest gains, but gains none the less! Stick with it and don't forget to fill out the diary. It's what keeps me on track. Good luck! :smiley:

Having to eat,the fact that I ~have~ to eat because I am so thin, makes it a chore for me. Not very enjoyable. So, realising it's my mindset, I'm working on it lol. Best of luck and let me know if you find a solution!
