  • This isn't exactly new but we went to a Peruvian restaurant and some of the dishes were just incredible. The cilantro chicken soup and this fish stew were some of the freshest, most delicious things I've ever eaten.
  • Happy Saturday everyone!
  • Day 16 done. 2 minutes was tough but doable. I'll be looking forward to that rest on Day 19.

  • Lost a bunch, but mostly water weight. It should even out this week. Struggles: Tracking calories can be annoying but I know it's a keystone habit and will benefit everything in my life. Success: Sticking to meditation for the last 15 days and being in the gym for the past 10 weeks, this is the longest I've done either so…
  • 5 exercises I love: BB Squats, Cleans, Airdyne, Rower and anything with a barbell. 5 exercises I dislike: Burpees, Pullups, Split Squats, Running and the Prowler. I'm just going to bed, I'll weigh in tomorrow morning (This afternoon). Congrats to everyone for sticking to it and keeping up with the challenge.
  • Well done everyone so far! Such an easy little challenge to give yourself a little willpower boost for the day.
  • Day 11 done over here. Pretty excited to get through 90s tomorrow though.

  • I can relate to your need for a strict "system", whether or not that's a bias I'm not sure. I personally battle a serious food addiction so whenever I just count calories and any food is allowed I fall off fast. In my experience the most difficult thing with the more strict guidelines like the ones you suggested are the…
  • Done, I'm excited to see what 5 minutes will be like in the end. It just seems crazy to be there for 5 minutes.
  • I'm going to join in. I'll start at day 9 60s, I've been adding planks into my workouts the last few months so skipping the first 8 days isn't a big deal. I've always done straight arm planks, but I have no clue which one I "should" be doing. It's probably close and the important thing is just doing it.
