Day 5 done with an extra strength training. Have upped my weights to 4kg so feeling it more now. Starting to talk along with the instructions as well now! Off to do somr cardio to change it up a bit.

Totally! I'd never done any before and have found it fine. There's a section on the dvd where she explains all the different kicks/punches as well which is really useful before you start to get your form right.

Ripped in 30 is a good one to do after shred as it's the same format but just a bit tougher imo. I also really like no more trouble zones- not much cardio in it but a great overall workout for toning and strength. I also looove her kickboxing ones as they are only 20 mins and I find them really fun!

I have a workout schedule that includes lots of other Jillian dvds that I'm working through. Trying to average around 60 mins a day plus walking.

I log mine as aerobics but I know some people log it as circuit training.

Got up early to do day 2 and now I just want to go back to bed! I hate the first circuit lots. Especially the jumping jacks/jump rope combo. I feel so out of breath after that it's unbelievable!

Day one is dooone. Made the mistake of starting out with too heavy weights and had to switch half way through! I'm planning on doing this 5 days a week combined with my other work outs. Well done everyone! We got this.

I am in the same boat. I have been doing this for about 4 months this time around and have lost 17lbs so far but still have over 50 to go and feeling like it is undoable but carrying on anyway! I will send you a friend request and hopefully we can help motivate each other :)

Hi, I log all Jillian dvds as aerobics (including Trouble Zones) unless it's a really high level in which case I log it as circuit training. Hope that helps a bit!
