Mine just started working again.

I have one. I use it when I don’t want to go to the gym. I found that I couldn’t use it when sitting on the couch because it hurt my back. I used a sturdy chair to keep good posture. It can be a good cardio workout, especially if you add hand weights to the routine. Carol

I have both near me also. I went with PF, mainly due to the cost. The Y was so much more expensive. I really like PF and have lost almost 20 pounds since I joined in August. Carol

Do you have an air fryer? I use mine almost everyday and rarely fry or bake anything using the stove now. I do live alone, so it’s easier for me to make small servings with mine. Carol

This isn't so much an on-the-go breakfast, but I make a 2-Minute Omelet. In a microwave safe cup, I mix 2 eggs, 1 T. salsa, 1 T. bacon bits, and sometimes I throw in some shredded cheese. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir to see if it needs to cook any longer. It keeps me filled up until lunch.

Mine stopped syncing yesterday too. Today, I went on the MFP web site and found that the Fitbit app had been disconnected from MFP. I chose it again, and now it syncs. Carol

I stopped logging my food or anything on MFP, and am logging it on the Fitbit site/app instead. If MFP ever starts to sync with Fitbit again, I may come back.

MFP is still working on the problem. https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055436451-Fitbit-Not-Syncing

There’s a problem with syncing right now. MFP is working on it.

Oh, I know. It was my hip that hurt until I lost 26 pounds. My knee has started hurting just recently.
-
It's nice to know I'm not the only one suffering from inflammation. My knee is the culprit. I could barely walk yesterday, but it's better today. Sugar is my trigger, and with the holiday approaching, I've partaken in too much candy and cookies. I'm back on track today. I just got home from the store where I bought fresh…

My favorites are chicken wings that I spray with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings, and boneless chicken thighs coated with Shake and Bake or Panko Bread crumbs. I also make pork chops, hamburgers, French Fries, and roasted veggies. I use my air fryer almost every day. I have a basket-type, but am wanted an over style…

My Newsfeed disappeared yesterday, now I can't even get to that page.

I love my air fryer. Some of my favorites are broccoli - 400°f for 6 minutes; cauliflower - 400°f for 12 minutes; and boneless pork chops - 360°f for 14-16 minutes turning halfway through. I haven't fixed them in a while, but I used to take a boneless chicken breast cutting into strips and cooking that at 360°f for 8-10…

I put mine in my pocket when I ride my bike outside.

Can you take hard boiled eggs to keep in their refrigerator? Good protein, not a lot of calories and filling. I take them whenever we go on a trip.
-
I just got a new laptop with Windows 10. Since the app stopped working, I loaded Fibit Connect and its syncing with it now.

All devices seem to read different. I used Map My Fitness yesterday for a short 15 minute walk. It said I burned 86 calories, but my Fitbit showed 119 calories burned. I don't have have Map My Fitness synced to MFP, but I do have my Fitbit connected.

My husband swore he wasn't going to eat anything from the air fryer. I changed his mind quickly with the first batch of French Fries that I made. I spray them with a little olive oil, and no they don't taste like the greasy ones you make in the deep fryer, but they do have a great flavor and the olive oil helps make them…

I use Map My Fitness. I can use it for both my walking and cycling.
-
I believe there's a problem, again, with MFP and Fitbit syncing. I'm sure they're working on it. It seems they always are.
-
I just restarted on the treadmill after gaining back all the weight I lost a few years ago. I started out at 7 minutes and increased it a little every few days.
-
I put mine in my pocket when I use a grocery cart.
-
I always took yogurt to work for a snack.
-
I'm 59 and post hysterectomy. I used the calories that MFP said I should use and walked as my exercise.
-
Thunderstruck by ACDC is my favorite.
-
I like peaches or pineapple chunks. I also like to put cottage cheese on a plain baked potato.
-
The first song on the playlist I listen to for walking is usually a medium tempo to help me get warmed up slowly, but the second song is always Thunderstruck by ACDC. It really gets me moving.
-
I eat popcorn when I want something crunchy.
-
When I was on the road working and would need a snack, I would stop at a convenience store and get a bag of nuts, usually almonds and a bottle of water to drink.
