You may actually be getting too much protein. Unless your body building or have had weight loss surgery there's no reason you need more than 90 gram a day. Look back through your diary to get an idea of which days you saw the most success. Also make sure your carbs are complex.

Stop avoiding pictures girl. You don't have to look at them now but believe me one day you'll wish you had them. Either when your old and remembering your young pretty skin or when you lose weight and want to compare you'll be glad you have them

Celery and peanut butter. Not too much PB but you can make a tablespoon or two go a long ways. Also the 8pm thing is good if you go to bed at 10pm. Just give yourself 90 minutes after eating before laying down to sleep and you should be fine
