Thanks again @Sunny_Bunny_ . I have been keto for quite some time and not sure why I had this sudden onset of keto flu. Never had issues before and have kept my electrolytes in check, or so I thought lol.

Thanks @Sunny_Bunny_ I really didn't think about it being sodium. I did take some magnesium last night and am epsom salt bath only to awaken in sever muscle pain and cramps from my hips down. Also noticed heart palpitations, so have upped my sodium intake for today. I hope it works as I am really starting to feel lethargic…

Thank you so much @KnitOrMiss . I am going through serious keto flu and find it difficult to swallow some of the huge magnesium capsules. The leg cramps and body aches are awful, so anxious to get my electrolytes in order.

Successful week one. Weighed in with a 2.2 # loss. Keeping carbs under twenty and doing some cardio on days I don't work. Motivated!

I am in on this challenge as well. My start date is tomorrow, went to FIVE GUYS for dinner and am now suffering the consequences ugh. Want to lose 8# this month.

Agree with @kirkor that IF can be done safely at any point in a weight loss journey. Waiting until fat adapted is not necessary. It is a very individual decision.

In on this challenge!!! Met all goals today.....less than 20 g carbs, under 1200 cals, drank adequately, walked a lot at work! No snacking. Think I may need more salt....ugh.

Did 20 secs of my plank challenge, harder than I thought. Had Panda Express for dinner tonight with my hubby, first splurge since July 17, and first day over 15 g carbs. Now I have a headache and a stomach ache. Was not worth it!

@SuperCarLori . Google 30 day plank challenge. There are several to choose from. I am starting at 20 secs a day and building up to five minutes with rest days!
