I've been on a low carb high protein diet since Jan. Have so far lost 25 lbs. I'm suppose to eat 90 grams of protein and 45 to 60 grams of carbs. It's been more difficult to get the 90 protein in me. Been having similar issues. Exercising almost everyday eating 1400 calories and hardly a pound lost. Went to the doctor to check in and he I needed to have around 90 to 90 grams of protein a day. I was barely hitting 80. So we'll see. It's a hard number to hit. My carbs are around 60.. I have lost 25 lbs, since Jan.

I started this about 2 months ago. I use the treadmill as it will always be in front of me. I first started out to slow then to fast and dreaded going back on. So yesterday i did 2.5 miles to bring my total to 10.5. My goal is 30 miles for the month of Feb. Today I did 30 minutes of strength training. Let see what happens tomorrow as I will be gone most of the day. It might be my rest day as my daughter and two granddaughters are visiting.

I'm 54 and would love to join the 50's and over. I've done WW and lost 30lbs 7 years ago, but gained it all back. Would love to lose it again as I'm tired of looking at ME.. I have 4 kids and 7 beautiful grand kids. I need encouragement and pushing.
