Thanks for the response... I'm 5'8" and weigh 155 now. Since writing my question on April 14th, I've lost another 10 lbs for total of 30. My goal is 135-140 (BMI ~20%), so I'm getting close. I fine-tuned my food tracking and started body-weight training and that seemed to get things moving again. I'm at another stall pointโฆ

Hi All, Well, I've returned home from my vacation in pretty good shape - no weight gain and a little loss:) Still haven't reestablished my good routines though, so my weights been all over the place. I will meet my goals for the challenge though, but not much more. Haven't returned to my exercise routine again yet, butโฆ

I feel your frustration with accommodating illness and injury! I'm a naturally active hardworking woman, but as I age (now 60) I'm paying for years of heavy lifting and, apparently, with bad form (herniated disk). I am told my back will not heal without surgery (Spinal Stenosis too) - which I am unwilling to do. So squatsโฆ

I realized when reading your post, you have some awesome determination. Fall down, get back up and keep going. You inspired me to share a graph of my weight-loss journey (check out the next post); the key to success - through all the ups and down keep. on. going!! Great work. ๐๐

Wonderful progress!!! You're going to hit that goal. Yay you. ๐๐๐๐

I realized this morning as I was standing in my closet deciding what to wear, I now actually enjoy, even look forward to, getting dressed. For the past several years as my weight increased, I dreaded getting dressed. What still fits? What looks least frumpy? Same old fat body, same old fat clothes, same miserableโฆ

Well done! Both the degree and weight loss took solid persistence and motivation!!

Fantastic loss! What is your program?

Happy Sunday! I'm still on holiday, and all routines are off. I'm not staying on track as great as I thought though!! ๐ฌ My calories are up (so much fun vacation food;). I hit my challenge weight last week and fooled myself into thinking I could cheat a little... WRONG!! So I'm back on the push to meet my goal.๐คฆโโ๏ธ I hopeโฆ

Wow, you are nailing it!! Great job. ๐ค

Wow great loss!! Way to stick with it!!!

Great effort!! I bet your increased exercise is causing some water weight. Same thing happened to me, so I started measuring myself. I found even when the scale didn't move or went up, I actually lost inches. You might try measuring if you don't already... Good job!

Wow... your doing great. Why do you need to do more weight workouts? I'm 60 and just do two a week. I also row a couple times a week and get a good amount of steps in too. I feel like I need the recovery time between lifting otherwise my joints start to hurt. I'm interested in anyone's thoughts about frequency of workoutsโฆ
