Let them starve! I'm with you. When I LC I don't have cravings. I keep weight off. I have more energy and feel amazing. Every time I get off it I blow up and crave food constantly!

Do you have a Kroger near by? They make yogurts called carb control. Of course they are not as yummy as the sweet ones but I enjoy them. They have about 4 carbs in them. Many different flavors too.

Hard boiled eggs prepared a head of time are quick and easy. I sauteed a bunch of onion and bell pepper this morning. I plan on making scrambled eggs with diced ham and veggies a few times this week. Morning star veggie sausage patties with a slice of cheese between them are wonderful!

Mom of a 3 year old. Struggling to get back into a exercise routine. I stay slim when I stick to exercise. Blow up every time I stop. Im 5'4" and weight 140. My goal weight is 125
