Each morning, so I know how to adjust my food, water, exercise, etc.

It was recommended to me that once a plateau has been reached that the best thing to do is change your muscle group workouts and drink 2-3 extra litres of water.

Got more male friends. Done. Also, not gay or homophobic. My wife and I have been grotesquely entertained at this discussion.

What a riot! Look, this was only to add a couple guys with similar goals. There just seems to be an imbalance of females on MFP, and this was observed by my wife. Thanks for your support and respect.

Wow, I have never posted anything before, and the only hope was to collect MFP friends. The opinions range from toxic date site blah, blah to actual guys that know what I'm saying. To those, thanks. To the others, get back on the treadmill or whatever and relieve some of that pent up tension. Thanks. I guess this attempt…

In Toronto too! 40, feeling 30-ish again. Add me if you want.

Great username. Similar situation with life curveballs and related weight recovery efforts. Any short term goals? A lunchtime walk or something -unless it's cold there too. Do you have a support network?

Sorry, just read Amie. Not a man. Lol.

Not so bad. Just got there and still playing sports with the 20 yr Olds. Recovery is a differ story. Good luck man.
