After thinking about moving more towards a vegan diet I can say after a few days I'm starting to feel better but have a long way to go. As for the doctors, I think it has to deal with money first. However you have those doctors that eould suggest it upfront.

I would say as long as your body isn't showing signs that you're not eating enough you're fine. If you start going harder exercises then you might need to eat more.

I have too many games and the list is long. My wife bought a ps4 and said I can't play until I beat some of these games. It's on. Along with working out and getting out.

This is my issue as well. It's changing and having a set schedule doesn't work one week for me but not the next one.

Yea. I go to a boxing class so scheduling them is good but I like specific trainers because they bring it instead of just working out.
