Plant diet.
I'm not going completely vegan but I'm going over to more if a plant diet. Today I notice I was getting enough carbs and I need to know substitutes to bread and pasta. Fruits should help but what about proteins?

Full and still under 1800
Even though fitness pal says 2480 I try to eat around 1800 because when I lose the weight, I will need to eat that much to maintain it. One day I ate alot and it was only 1458 and I don't think it's enough for the body to operate daily. Am I correct?

Cutting the calories
One of the issues I have with dieting is cutting the calories. I feel weak and barely keep up with the daily grind. Any suggestions on how much(calories ( a 6 foot male should be eating? Note that I do title boxing and when my foot is cleared. I might play in a league.
