One of the issues I have with dieting is cutting the calories. I feel weak and barely keep up with the daily grind. Any suggestions on how much(calories ( a 6 foot male should be eating?

Note that I do title boxing and when my foot is cleared. I might play in a league.

Have you plugged in your numbers on MFP? They should give you your calorie intake based on your height, weight and activity level.

If you enter your info, the MFP will tell you how many calories to eat. You'll stay fuller eating healthier foods and you'll probably feel better, too.

The calorie count given will include your weight loss goals.
