I counted calories for almost 200 days. Measured and weighed my food. As far as the work out regime, it is around the same thing. I have been considering buying a fitbit. I currently looked at the charge and the one(of course also the flex and hr). I prefer to see how many steps I have gone in a day without looking at my phone. I have herd mixed reviews you either love the fitbit or hate it. So what fitbit model is the best?
