  • Mochi ice cream. My diet doesn't have much sugar in it so a single piece every once in a while is heavenly.
  • Just turned 24. Feel free to add me
  • I haven't found another app but when I meal plan and prep during the weekend I take the time to add recipes. It takes a little bit of time but once you have a good amount of recipes on there you can pull them up when ever you want.
  • I had to keep logging because on my own I just happen to be really forgetful about what I've eaten for the day. Also I do like being able to see my nutrition for the day.
  • Add me! I was doing really well last year but most of my friends stopped and I got busy, etc. and I kinda fell off the wagon. Getting back at it though
  • Same boat, I've always had a fast metabolism and through most of school I was a runner so I was stuck at a pretty consistent weight no matter how much (or little) I ate. I'm 5'6 and around 120lb. I'm working on eating healthy and working out to gain some weight in muscle.
  • Yup, I seem to be able to lose weight without trying because I'm active and don't often feel very hungry. I'm hoping to gain another 10lb-ish.
  • I'm 5'6 and have been notoriously underweight forever. I don't always "feel" hungry and that's what gets me into trouble. That and i had really bad anxiety that had me dropping weight like crazy. I run 2-3 times a week as it helps with my anxiety and I've actually gained a little bit since I can eat now. I still struggle…
  • I'm in a similar boat. It takes no effort to lose weight and because of that I'm always on the low end of a healthy weight. I'm tracking to make sure that I don't skip meals because I don't 'feel' hungry. You're definitely not alone.
