I had to keep logging because on my own I just happen to be really forgetful about what I've eaten for the day. Also I do like being able to see my nutrition for the day.0

I don't log food at all and haven't for a long time. I do however wear a Fitbit and my Apple Watch series 2 once in a while to make sure my TDEE stays high enough to where I never have to be bothered with how much I eat. On the days when my activity level is lower like on rest days, I'll simply eat less that day.0
