Love the flex it's ideal for me and my way of life. Wear it all the time and keeps me on track with my steps. Linked to my MFP, so perfect. :)

When UK size 10-12 wasn't working anymore. Then went to UK size 12-14 I thought no problem but when they got tight, I couldn't force myself to buy 14-16. Back down to 10-12 happy again though would like to get to 8-10.

I pre-log too, I find it easier without having to think about what I'm going to eat on my way home from work everyday. That way I'll know if I have enough left for a glass of wine

Hi I too have MS and struggle with just the basic daily walking let alone some form of exercise plan. Since Jan when I started I have managed to shed a stone but struggle with the last 7 lbs. The fatigue kicks in big time if I do too much.

I use one called withing, but u have to keep yr phone on you at all times. U can buy other gadgets that will go heart rate, BP and monitor yr sleep patterns. The pedometer is good enough for me.
