I exercise every night at 9 or later then wind down for about an hour then go to bed...seems to work for me...not everyone is the same I am not a morning person though more alert at night.

The cravings have given up with me I gave up all sweets and junk food and drink only water all that sugar makes you want more...I am 48 and lost 37 lbs so far. Working on the other 50lbs now.. I usually change up my exercises so I dont get bored with them. I have a wii board and play different games instead of the boring exercise.

I do not have a gallbladder and I have lost 28 lbs so far. You eat healthy and drink alot of water you can do it exercise is key also.

I have the same issue I did a cleanse to help clean me out last night...just keep drinking water and get your fiber where you can.

Great start take it one day at a time if you overeat then plan the next day not to.

Add me I have totally changed my lifestyle and feel better already yes I still binge eat occasionally but I workout everyday and try to take charge the next day....motivated looser here.

My hubby mentioned yesterday when we went out well there is a soda when we went grocery shopping I have given up sugary drinks all tea, koolaid, soda and such he knows this. Men drive you crazy I made a cake for the grandkids he asked me if I was gonna eat it. Grrr
